On June 15, President Obama announced that his Administration would grant Deferred Action to eligible undocumented youth.  Please beware of notarios and other predators who may pray upon the desperation of undocumented immigrants and use the President’s bold initiative as a chance to scam.

Please read and distribute the attached American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Consumer Advisory as widely as possible.
